Draper is the newest housing we regularly work in. Much of the city was built from the 1990s onward, and it was built big: open-plan main floors, tall entryways, primary suites with their own bathrooms, and finished basements as standard rather than as a bonus. Homes here are frequently well past the 1,500 sq ft baseline, so the size surcharge applies — it is calculated on your quote before you book, not added afterwards.

SunCrest and the streets climbing Traverse Mountain are the extreme version: large hillside houses with a great deal of glass, long sightlines and dust that arrives on the wind off the Point of the Mountain. Interior windows are an add-on rather than part of a standard clean, and in this part of the valley they are the add-on most worth taking.

Corner Canyon is on the doorstep and Draper households use it hard — mountain bikes, trail dogs and hiking boots all come back through the same door. If that is your house, the pet option and a focus on entryways and hard floors will do more for you than an even spread across every room.
