- Anything not reached rolls to the top of the next visit

Not included in a standard clean
- Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator and inside cabinets — available as add-ons
- Walls, interior windows and blinds — available as add-ons
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances; have them pulled out ahead of time if you want behind them cleaned
- Ladder work beyond a standard two-step stool, and anything outside the home
- Carpet steam cleaning, deep stain or odor removal, and exterior windows
- Biohazards, pest infestations, mold remediation or hazardous materials
- Handling highly fragile, valuable or irreplaceable items
